💳Payment Terms

1. Booking Advance (50%)

Required at time of booking to initiate Pandit assignment (completed within 8 hours).

2. Service Balance (50%)

Must be paid within 48 hours of Pandit assignment to confirm the ritual.

Important: Payment deadline will be clearly shown on your booking confirmation page. Bookings with unpaid balances may be cancelled by our team, with 15% administrative fee deducted from advance.

Refund Schedule

Scenario A: Before Balance Payment (Only 50% Advance Paid)

If Balance Payment Not Received

If you do not complete balance payment within 48 hours of Pandit assignment:

  • Your booking may be cancelled by our admin team
  • If cancelled due to non-payment: 85% refund of advance
  • 15% administrative fee retained for Pandit blocking and processing
  • You will receive email notification before any cancellation

Tip: Complete payment before the deadline shown on your booking page to confirm your ritual.

Scenario B: After Full Payment (100% Paid = Confirmed Booking)

How to Request Cancellation

Option 1: From Your Booking Page (Recommended)

If you have your booking confirmation page open:

  1. Click the "Request Cancellation" button
  2. Review the expected refund amount
  3. Provide your reason for cancellation
  4. Submit request
  5. Our team will review and respond within 24 hours

Option 2: Email Request

If you don't have access to your booking page:

Send email to:

contact@RitualBookings.com

Include in your email:

  • Your Booking ID (8-character code)
  • Registered email or phone number
  • Reason for cancellation

⏱️ Response Time: All cancellation requests are reviewed within 24 business hours. You'll receive email confirmation once processed.

Processing Time

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days after cancellation approval. Bank processing may take an additional 3-5 days.

Retention Fees

Administrative fees cover secure payment processing, compensate Pandits for reserved time slots, and operational costs.

Important Notes

  • All refund percentages are calculated from the amount you actually paid (not the full service price)
  • Cancellations are final and cannot be reversed once processed
  • Payment gateway charges (2-3%) are non-refundable as per RazorPay policy
  • In case of disputes, our decision based on this policy will be final
